Why I Stopped Using Langchain (And What I Use Instead)

Langchain was the obvious choice when I started building AI tools. Everyone used it. The documentation was everywhere. The abstractions felt clean. Then I actually tried to build something real with it, and I spent more time fighting the framework than building the tool.

This is not a Langchain hit piece. It’s a case study in when frameworks become the problem — and what I replaced it with.
